Guidelines to Eating

  • Eat when your hungry.
  • Stop when you are satisfied~comfortably.
  • Eat sitting down in a calm environment.
  • Relax with your meals. 
  • Eat with out distractions.
  • No TV, Radio, Headsets,Books.
  • No anxiety producing conversations. 
  • Eat what your body wants.
  • Emphasis whole organic seasonal foods.
  • Chew your food slowly and thoroughly letting the digestion process start.
  • Its good to chew at least 25 times before swallowing.
  • Eat 3 meals a day and 2 healthy snacks to aid in digestion by enhancing your metabolism.
  • Eat with enjoyment, gusto and pleasure.
