Guidelines to Eating
Eat when your hungry.
Stop when you are satisfied~comfortably.
Eat sitting down in a calm environment.
Relax with your meals.
Eat with out distractions.
No TV, Radio, Headsets,Books.
No anxiety producing conversations.
Eat what your body wants.
Emphasis whole organic seasonal foods.
Chew your food slowly and thoroughly letting the digestion process start.
Its good to chew at least 25 times before swallowing.
Eat 3 meals a day and 2 healthy snacks to aid in digestion by enhancing your metabolism.
Eat with enjoyment, gusto and pleasure.
